still pixelation even after service call and LNB swap

They swapped out my 5LNB "Slimline" for that the installer says is the "new" 3LNB "Slimline" - and he also professionally aligned the dish (right?). Well, now a week later, pixelation and audio hiccups is back on HD channels again.
