Finger pointing between DIRECTV and TiVo

When you ask TiVo about the new DIRECTV box, they say "we'll tell you when DIRECTV has any new information."


When you ask DIRECTV, they say "The latest word from TiVo is that it will be available later this year."

So who is really holding this up, TiVo, or DIRECTV?
