directv woes

In 2008 they took my TiVo away and shoved a HR-21 down my throat to convert a 10+ year DirecTV fan into a hater. In the last days of 2011, they let me pay $199 for the privilege of using TiVo again, so while still bitter about it, I'm officially no longer a hater
